\nBy Thursday at 9 pm, each of us has added images to the first table.

\nBy Friday at 9 pm, each of us has given our input on images, text, and voice that could be used in the presentation (if we are doing a PowerPoint\/Jing).
\n
\nOn Saturday and Sunday, we collaboratively work on PowerPoint (?) using Google presentation and collaboratively work on the script using Google docs. This should be easy if we have our table complete from above.
\n
\nOn Monday & Tuesday we divide and conquer: One of us records the video while the other creates the Piktochart (if that's the way we decide to go)
\n
\nOn Wednesday, we have shared our work with each other and have a phone conference to discuss the final products and make suggestions if needed.
\n
